Across the territory of European countries, a way of sending orders by cash on delivery is possible. In this case, you pay money when you receive the order to the postman or by mail and immediately after that you receive the goods.
If the parcel was brought to you when you were not at home, the postman leaves a receipt saying that the parcel was received in your name and you can pick it up at the nearest post office within two weeks.
ATTENTION!!! When ordering goods by COD, an additional fee of € 2.00 is charged for the transfer of money.
Under EU law, if the products you purchased prove to be defective or do not show as described, the dealer must repair, replace, reduce the price or give you the money back.
If you have purchased a product or service online or without going to the store (by phone, by mail, from a traveling clerk), you also have the right to cancel and return the order within 14 days, for whatever reason and without any justification.
If you do not know exactly which situation applies to you, you can use the Consumer Rights Tool, which helps you understand what rights you have when shopping in the EU (In this case, the 28 EU Member States + Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway).
